# Return and Refund Policy

At DAJMUR, we sell premium natural Slavic human hair and handmade hair products. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

## Non-Returnable Product Category

Natural human hair is a personal-use product and is considered a non-returnable item for hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons.

For this reason, all sales of natural human hair, ponytails, hair cuts, clip-in wefts, clip-in bangs, chignons, custom hairpieces, and other hair products are final once the order has been paid and confirmed.

We do not accept returns or refunds if the customer changes their mind, chooses the wrong color, length, texture, density, or no longer needs the product after payment.

## Product Photos, Videos, and Confirmation Before Purchase

Before purchasing, each customer has the opportunity to review the product photos, videos, and description available on our website.

DAJMUR guarantees that the product will correspond to the photos, videos, and description shown on the product page as accurately as possible, taking into account that natural human hair may have slight variations in shade, texture, and appearance under different lighting conditions.

If the customer needs additional confirmation before placing an order, we can provide extra real photos or videos of the exact hair product by email or through the contact details listed on our website.

If the customer is satisfied with the photos and videos shown on the product page, they may proceed with the order. If additional photos or videos are requested, DAJMUR can provide them before payment without any extra charge.

## Payment Confirmation

By completing payment, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the product information, photos, videos, description, and return policy.

The customer also confirms that they understand they are purchasing a non-returnable natural human hair product and that the order is final after payment confirmation.

## Custom and Individually Selected Products

Products selected individually for the customer, custom-made hairpieces, handmade items, personalized orders, and products prepared according to the customer’s request are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- natural Slavic hair cuts;
- ponytails;
- clip-in hair wefts;
- clip-in bangs;
- chignons;
- custom human hairpieces;
- individually matched hair products;
- any product prepared or reserved for a specific customer.

## Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive the wrong item or if the product was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

To review the issue, we may request:

- order number;
- photos of the product;
- photos of the packaging;
- video showing the issue;
- delivery confirmation details.

If the issue is confirmed to be our mistake, we will review the case and offer an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, partial refund, or another agreed resolution.

Items that have been used, washed, colored, cut, styled, altered, worn, or removed from their original condition cannot be accepted for return or refund.

## Color, Texture, and Natural Hair Variations

Natural human hair is not a synthetic or factory-identical product. Slight differences in shade, undertone, texture, density, and movement may appear depending on lighting, screen settings, photo conditions, and natural hair structure.

Such natural variations are not considered defects.

DAJMUR strongly recommends requesting additional photos or videos before purchase if the customer has any doubts about color, length, texture, or product appearance.

## Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before the product has been packed, reserved, processed, customized, or shipped.

Once the order has been processed, packed, shipped, customized, or reserved for the customer, cancellation may no longer be possible.

## Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and payment processing fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or unless the issue was caused by our confirmed mistake.

The customer is responsible for checking import rules, customs duties, and local regulations in their country before placing an order.

## Refund Processing

If a refund is approved in an exceptional case, it will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
