At DAJMUR, we ship premium natural Slavic human hair, ponytails, clip-in wefts, custom bangs, chignons, and handmade hairpieces worldwide.
Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Carrier
We ship international orders using reliable delivery companies, primarily DHL.
The exact shipping carrier may depend on the destination country, shipping route, product location, and availability of international delivery services at the time of shipment.
Standard Shipping Cost
The standard international shipping cost is $140.
This cost applies to standard international delivery. The final shipping cost may vary depending on the destination country, package size, product value, delivery conditions, and any additional services requested by the customer.
If any additional shipping cost is required, we will inform the customer before shipment.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the customer’s location, the destination country, customs processing, carrier conditions, and the actual location of the selected hair cut or product at the time of order.
Because DAJMUR works with natural single-donor Slavic hair and individual hair products, the product may be shipped from the location where the selected hair cut is stored or prepared.
Estimated delivery times are provided for information only and are not guaranteed, as international shipping may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Before shipping, we carefully prepare and pack each product to protect natural human hair during international transportation.
Processing time may depend on the product type, order details, availability, custom preparation, and whether the customer requested additional photos, videos, insurance, or special handling.
Packaging
Each hair cut, ponytail, clip-in weft set, custom bang, chignon, or handmade hairpiece is packed carefully and securely for international shipment.
Natural human hair is a premium product, and we take packaging seriously to help protect the product during transportation.
Shipping Insurance Options
Customers may choose one of the following shipping insurance options before shipment:
- Without Insurance — no additional insurance coverage.
- Extended Insurance +$30 — covers up to $500 of product value.
- Extended Insurance +$50 — covers up to $1,000 of product value.
- Extended Insurance +$90 — covers up to $2,000 of product value.
Shipping insurance covers total loss only, including complete loss, disappearance, or destruction of the package during transportation, if officially confirmed by the shipping carrier or insurance provider.
This insurance does not cover partial damage, cosmetic damage, partial loss of product appearance, minor packaging damage, delivery delays, customs issues, or partial deterioration of the product’s presentation.
If the customer needs insurance that covers partial damage, loss of commercial appearance, or other special risks, this must be requested separately before shipment. Additional charges and carrier conditions may apply.
Insurance is not automatically included unless it is selected, confirmed, and paid for before shipment.
Insurance Limitation
Total loss insurance may apply only if the carrier or insurance provider officially confirms complete loss, disappearance, or destruction of the shipment.
DAJMUR cannot guarantee compensation for claims that are not accepted or confirmed by the shipping carrier or insurance provider.
The customer understands that shipping insurance terms depend on the carrier, insurance provider, destination country, declared value, and selected insurance type.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, local fees, or other charges required by their country.
These fees are not included in the product price or standard shipping cost unless clearly stated otherwise.
DAJMUR is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, customs inspections, incorrect customer information, unpaid import fees, or local delivery restrictions.
Customer Information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including:
- full name;
- complete shipping address;
- ZIP or postal code;
- phone number;
- email address;
- any additional delivery information required by the carrier.
DAJMUR is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return shipment, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Delivery Tracking
After shipment, we will provide tracking information when available.
The customer is responsible for monitoring the delivery status and being available for communication with the carrier.
If the carrier requires additional information, customs documents, payment of import fees, or delivery confirmation, the customer must respond promptly.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If a shipment is delayed, we will assist the customer by providing available tracking information and, when necessary, contacting the carrier.
However, DAJMUR is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier operations, weather, holidays, incorrect address, customer unavailability, or force majeure events.
If the package is officially confirmed as completely lost or destroyed by the carrier and the customer purchased total loss insurance, the case will be reviewed according to the selected insurance terms.
