1. General Information
DAJMUR specializes in premium natural Slavic human hair, single-donor hair cuts, ponytails, clip-in wefts, clip-in bangs, chignons, custom handmade hairpieces, and personal hair matching services.
By accessing this website, viewing our products, submitting a request, or placing an order, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms of Service, our Return and Refund Policy, and our Shipping Policy.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, photos, videos, length, color, texture, density, and other product details.
However, natural human hair is not a synthetic or factory-identical product. Slight variations in shade, undertone, texture, density, movement, and appearance may occur due to natural hair structure, lighting, photography conditions, screen settings, and individual perception.
Such natural variations are not considered defects.
3. Natural Human Hair Products
All DAJMUR hair products are made from or related to natural human hair. This includes, but is not limited to:
- natural Slavic hair cuts;
- ponytails;
- clip-in hair wefts;
- clip-in bangs;
- chignons;
- custom handmade hairpieces;
- individually selected hair products;
- personalized or custom-made orders.
Natural human hair products are personal-use items and may be subject to hygiene, safety, and quality-control limitations.
4. Product Photos, Videos, and Additional Confirmation
Before placing an order, customers may review the product photos, videos, and descriptions available on our website.
If the customer needs additional confirmation before purchase, DAJMUR may provide additional real photos or videos of the exact hair product by email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or other official contact methods listed on our website.
If the customer proceeds with payment based on the available product information, photos, videos, or additional confirmation, the customer confirms that they are satisfied with the product appearance and understand what they are purchasing.
5. Payment Confirmation
By completing payment, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the product description, photos, videos, price, shipping terms, insurance options, Return and Refund Policy, and these Terms of Service.
The customer also confirms that they understand they are purchasing a natural human hair product, which may be non-returnable after payment according to our Return and Refund Policy.
6. Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of natural human hair products, hygiene reasons, individual product selection, custom preparation, and quality-control requirements, all sales are final once the order has been paid and confirmed, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where DAJMUR confirms a mistake on our side.
We do not accept returns or refunds if the customer:
- changes their mind after payment;
- chooses the wrong color, length, texture, density, or product type;
- no longer needs the product;
- did not request additional photos or videos before payment;
- expected a different shade due to screen or lighting differences;
- used, washed, colored, cut, styled, altered, or damaged the product after delivery.

7. Custom and Individually Selected Orders
Custom-made products, handmade hairpieces, personalized items, individually selected hair products, and products prepared or reserved for a specific customer are non-returnable and non-refundable after payment confirmation.
This includes products selected through personal hair matching, remote consultation, individual request, or custom production.
8. Personal Hair Matching and Remote Selection
DAJMUR may offer personal hair matching and remote selection services based on customer photos, preferences, desired length, shade, texture, density, and product purpose.
While we use our professional experience to help select the most suitable hair, remote matching depends on the quality of photos, lighting, customer-provided information, screen settings, and availability of suitable hair products.
DAJMUR does not guarantee absolute identical color matching, but we make every reasonable effort to provide an accurate and professional recommendation.
9. Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed on the website or confirmed individually before payment.
Prices may change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed until the order is paid and confirmed.
Because many DAJMUR products are natural single-donor hair items, each product may be unique and available in limited quantity. If a product is reserved for a customer, the reservation period may be limited and may expire if payment is not completed within the agreed time.
10. Shipping
DAJMUR ships worldwide using reliable carriers, primarily DHL.
The standard international shipping cost is $140 unless otherwise stated or agreed.
Delivery time depends on the destination country, customs processing, carrier conditions, product location, and other factors outside our control.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including full name, complete address, ZIP or postal code, phone number, email address, and any other details required for delivery.

11. Shipping Insurance
Customers may choose one of the available shipping insurance options before shipment:
- Without Insurance — no additional insurance coverage.
- Extended Insurance +$30 — covers up to $500 of product value.
- Extended Insurance +$50 — covers up to $1,000 of product value.
- Extended Insurance +$90 — covers up to $2,000 of product value.
Shipping insurance covers total loss only, including complete loss, disappearance, or destruction of the package during transportation, if officially confirmed by the shipping carrier or insurance provider.
This insurance does not cover partial damage, cosmetic damage, partial loss of product appearance, minor packaging damage, delivery delays, customs issues, or partial deterioration of the product’s presentation.
If the customer needs insurance for partial damage, loss of commercial appearance, or other special risks, this must be requested separately before shipment.
12. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, local fees, or other charges required by their country.
These fees are not included in the product price or standard shipping cost unless clearly stated otherwise.
DAJMUR is not responsible for delays, additional charges, refusal of delivery, customs inspections, or return shipments caused by customs procedures, unpaid import fees, or local regulations.
13. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Customers must inspect the order immediately upon delivery.
If the customer receives the wrong item or if the product was damaged during shipping, the customer must contact DAJMUR within 48 hours after delivery.
We may request order number, photos, videos, packaging photos, delivery confirmation, and other evidence to evaluate the issue.
If the issue is confirmed to be our mistake, DAJMUR will review the case and may offer an appropriate solution, such as replacement, partial refund, or another agreed resolution.
Products that have been used, washed, colored, cut, styled, altered, worn, or removed from their original condition cannot be accepted for return or refund.
14. Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, the customer agrees to:
- read product descriptions carefully;
- review photos and videos before payment;
- request additional confirmation if needed;
- provide accurate contact and shipping information;
- understand that natural hair may have natural variations;
- understand that natural human hair products may be non-returnable;
- monitor tracking after shipment;
- respond to carrier or customs requests when needed;
- comply with import rules in their country.
15. Limitation of Liability
DAJMUR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to the use of our website, products, shipping delays, customs issues, carrier actions, customer misuse, incorrect care, or customer expectations not confirmed before purchase.
Our liability, where legally applicable, is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.
16. Product Care
Natural human hair requires proper care. Incorrect washing, brushing, drying, storage, coloring, heat styling, or chemical treatment may affect the quality and lifespan of the product.
DAJMUR is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, home coloring, aggressive chemical treatment, overheating, incorrect storage, or use of unsuitable products after delivery.
Any coloring or chemical processing should be performed only by an experienced professional stylist.
17. Website Use
You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose, fraudulent activity, abuse, unauthorized copying, resale misrepresentation, or violation of applicable laws.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit access to our website if we suspect misuse, fraud, false information, or violation of these Terms.
18. Changes to Terms
DAJMUR reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time.
The latest version will be available on our website. Continued use of the website or placing an order after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
